About your enquiry

What you are requesting

WineTour.ca is operated by Flor Tel Inc. A traveller enquiry asks our team to review your tour plans while we develop our operator network. It does not create a reservation, guarantee availability or authorise a payment. A software enquiry asks us to contact you about the Flor Wine operator pilot.

What we collect

We save the name, email address, phone number and details you provide, together with your request reference, consent and submission time. For tour enquiries, this includes your region, preferred date or flexibility, group size, tour style and pickup area.

How we use it

Your request is stored in Flor’s enquiry system and forwarded to the Flor lead inbox for follow-up. Your permission to be contacted applies to this enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a public listing.

Please provide only practical trip requirements. Do not send payment card details, identity documents or sensitive medical information. When you select a specific company’s tour, a separate checkbox asks permission to share your contact and trip details with that named company. Its authorised managers can review the enquiry and create a booking after agreeing the details with you. Regional enquiries are not automatically shared with tour companies.

Corrections or deletion requests

When our team contacts you, reply with your enquiry reference to request a correction or deletion. You can also use the enquiry form and include your previous reference. We may need to confirm your identity before changing a record.
