EXPLORE YOUR WINE DAY
Private, custom and large-group wine tours
A private wine tour reserves the agreed vehicle or guide for your party. A custom itinerary can reflect your preferred stops, pace and occasion, while large groups need coordinated vehicle, tasting-room and dining capacity.
Planning enquiry only. Availability, inclusions and prices require operator confirmation.
Customise what matters to your group
Choose the essentials before requesting extras: pickup, return, winery preferences, meal style and practical access needs. Tell the company whether the group includes children or non-tasting guests. Family-friendly arrangements require confirmation from the actual wineries and transport provider, including suitable child seating where needed.
Plan a large group as one coordinated event
Give a realistic passenger count and explain whether everyone must travel together. Ask how tastings work if the group is divided, how vehicles stay on schedule and who handles changes on the day. A private booking still follows winery and vehicle rules.
Compare complete group prices
Ask for the minimum charge, passenger limits, deposit, final-number deadline and cancellation terms. Identify which requested changes cost extra.
What to include in your enquiry
- Exact group size and vehicle plan
- Custom stops and appointment acceptance
- Children and non-tasting passengers
- Deposit and guest-change terms
Share your preferred date, guest count and pickup town. The selected experience is included in your enquiry details for the team to review.
Can families with children request a private wine tour?
Yes, you can ask for a family-friendly plan. The operator must confirm venue suitability, passenger eligibility, seating and activities; submitting a request does not confirm those arrangements.

Bring your plans together
Tell us where, when and who is coming. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a place or collect payment.
