Kelowna Wine Tours

For a Kelowna wine tour, choose a tasting area before choosing a stop count. Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country offer different routes; your pickup address and preferred wineries should determine the day.

Planning enquiry only. Dates, seats and final prices require confirmation.

Your planWhat to confirm
KelownaAsk for a route that fits your city-side pickup and tasting interests.
West KelownaCheck the bridge crossing and your final return location.
Lake CountryRequest a dedicated northern route rather than treating it as an extra stop.

Choose your side of the lake

Tourism Kelowna separates its wine listings into Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country. A tour advertised as “Kelowna” may use any of these areas. Ask for the actual winery names and a route outline, especially if you want to finish near a dinner reservation.

Match the tour to your accommodation

Share the name of your hotel or your pickup neighbourhood when requesting a quote. A downtown meeting point, accommodation collection and airport transfer are different services. If your party is arriving on separate flights, arrange a common start time before reserving tastings.

Compare the experience, not just the number of stops

Ask whether you will have a hosted flight, a vineyard walk, food pairing or time to shop at each stop. A shorter list with an unhurried lunch can suit your group better than a full-day itinerary spent moving between tasting rooms. Keep one winery preference as a priority and let the operator suggest a practical sequence.

Are Kelowna wine tours private or shared?

Both formats may be offered by local companies. A private tour reserves the vehicle or guide for your party; a shared tour sells places on a planned departure. Confirm the format, minimum group charge and pickup policy in the operator’s written offer.

Put your wine day together

Share your date, group size and pickup area. An enquiry starts the planning; it does not reserve seats or collect payment.
